⁴⁸ “Daughter,” He said to her, “your faith has made you well.^[a] Go in peace.”^(A)

⁴⁹ While He was still speaking,^(B) someone came from the synagogue leader’s house, saying, “Your daughter is dead. Don’t bother^(C) the Teacher^(D) anymore.”

⁵⁰ When Jesus heard it, He answered him, “Don’t be afraid. Only believe, and she will be made well.”
